Response to recent allegations from Amplifor (Pty) Ltd t/a Corpdesign

Response to recent allegations from Amplifor (Pty) Ltd t/a Corpdesign

30 January 2017

We are deeply saddened and surprised by the recent post by Charle Greyling, acting on behalf of Amplifor (Pty) Ltd t/a Corpdesign, on our CUM Books Facebook page. In a face to face meeting between CUM Books management and the owners of Corpdesign a mutual agreement was reached in December 2016. An amount was agreed to, settled upon and paid to Amplifor (Pty) Ltd t/a Corpdesign, following a dispute due to poor workmanship and inferior product installation.  More detail on the dissatisfaction is freely available on request and recorded in email communication. As CUM Books we cannot be held responsible for the subcontractors of Corpdesign not being remunerated, as Mr Greyling mentioned in the post. An agreed upon amount was paid to and received by Corpdesign.

CUM Books takes these types of accusations extremely seriously. We believe that we acted with integrity, and find that the comments made are not a true reflection of the facts.  It is not in our ethos to litigate, but we will abide by the legal process set in motion by Corpdesign although a mutual settlement was reached.

We are open to transparent discussions with their legal team as well as anyone else who has any further questions.

Reaksie op Corpdesign se aantygings

30 Januarie 2017

CUM Boeke beskou hierdie tipe aantygings in ’n baie ernstige lig.
